The first Annual Report of the ISI for the year 1947-1948 consisting of 16 pages. The wings
were spread to neighboring countries for sustaining membership though the then ministry
of External Affairs by the then 1st President ISI, Shri C. Rajagopalachari. The Government of
Ceylon become a sustaining member.
